I am a resident of Black Mountain. I enjoy the varied cuisines, farm to table options, and of course the hundreds of trails! When I'm not working, I enjoy trails with either a a water 'reward' (waterfall, creek, river/stream) or a well-earned mountain view!

My career choices have always been about helping. First, as a Registered Nurse, then as a Certified Nurse Midwife with a Masters degree. Caring for people and helping bring new life into the world, I am keenly aware of what it truly means to help and to serve.
